Rocket Network: Rocket Merchant Services Shops vs Driveway Garage Sales
You open Garage Sale hunting a used lamp and instead you get a Rocket Merchant Services shop sitting next to a driveway garage sale like they shared an Uber. One seller has hours and a door. The other has a folding table and a group chat yelling please take the blender. Same scroll. Completely different energy.
Rocket Merchant Services is a Rocket Network node, which just means actual shops can list here too. Some of those merchants also dump used inventory—the floor model, the extra boxes, the jacket that never left the back room—and it lands right next to garage listings. You’re not on the wrong app. The street just got a storefront.
Fees stay aggressively un-fancy. There’s a $1 anti-spam fee so the feed doesn’t turn into a fake-shop landfill, plus a half-percent to the chain. That’s the whole bill. Nobody adds a we-have-a-lease surcharge. Driveway or RMS, you’re in the same cheap little economy.
Treat the Rocket shop like a garage sale that remembered to vacuum. If used inventory from a merchant is sitting next to someone’s mixer and a crate of mugs, that’s the point, not a glitch. You came for secondhand chaos. The feed gave you a shop and a driveway in one thumb-flick, and you can still show up in sweats.
